2、 Features of cya-z self-priming oil pump

1. The pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life and strong self-priming ability. There is no bottom valve in the pipeline, and only a certain amount of oil can be stored in the pump body before operation. It can also be used as scavenging pump when used in oil tanker or water conveyance ship, and the cleaning effect is good.

2. The pump is made of high-quality materials, and the seal is made of cemented carbide mechanical seal, which is durable. The discharge pipeline does not need to be installed with a safety valve, and the suction pipeline does not need to be installed with a bottom valve. Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified and the working conditions are improved.

3、 Maintenance and disassembly of cyz-a self priming centrifugal oil pump:

The gear oil pump is characterized by simple and reliable structure and durability. Under normal idling condition of the pump, it is not necessary to disassemble it for maintenance. When the fault is found, it can be removed immediately.

1. Maintenance of the pump? Several main parts should be noted:

a. Rolling bearing: when the oil pump has been running for a long time and the bearing is worn to a certain extent, it must be replaced?.

b. Front sealing ring and rear sealing ring: when the sealing ring is worn to a certain extent, it must be replaced?.

c. Mechanical seal: mechanical seal should not be disassembled for inspection without oil leakage?. If serious leakage occurs at the lower end of the bearing body, the mechanical seal shall be disassembled and inspected. When assembling and disassembling the mechanical seal, it is necessary to handle it with care, pay attention to the cleanness of the mating surface, protect the engraved surface of the static ring and the moving ring, and do not knock and collide. The main reason for the leakage of mechanical seal is the roughening of the mirror surface. The repair method of the gear oil pump can grind the end face of the friction pair to restore the mirror surface. Another reason for mechanical seal leakage is improper installation of "O" type rubber seal (or cushion), or deformation and aging. At this time, it is necessary to adjust or replace the "O" seal ring for re assembly.

2. Disassembly sequence of oil pump:

a. Remove the motor or take off the shaft washer.

b. Remove the bearing body assembly. Check the radial clearance between impeller and front ring. Check whether impeller nut is loose

c. Remove the impeller nut. Pull out the impeller. Check the radial clearance between the impeller and the rear sealing ring.

d. Loosen the set screw of the mechanical seal, pull out the moving ring part of the mechanical seal, check the sealing condition of the moving ring and the ring, and check the sealing condition of the "O" type sealing ring (or buffer gasket).

e. Screw out the set nut of the spindle washer and pull out the spindle washer.

f. Remove the bearing and bearing cover.

g. The installation can be carried out in reverse order.

4、 Application of cyz-a self priming centrifugal oil pump:

(1) Preparation and inspection before start-up:

1. This series of oil pumps are lubricated with high-quality calcium base grease and No. 10 engine oil respectively according to the working conditions of the pumps. If the pumps are lubricated with grease, they should be filled with grease in the bearing box regularly. If the oil level is insufficient, add enough.

2. Check whether the liquid storage in the pump shell is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If not, the pump can be directly injected into the pump body from the liquid filling port on the pump shell. It is not allowed to start the operation under the condition of insufficient liquid storage, otherwise the pump can not work normally and the mechanical seal is easy to be damaged.

3. Check whether the rotating parts of the pump are stuck and bumped.

4. Check whether the nuts at the foot of pump body and joints are loose.

5. Check the coaxiality or parallelism of pump shaft and motor spindle.

6. Check whether there is air leakage in the pipeline at the inlet. If there is air leakage, try to eliminate it.

7. Open the valve of the suction line, slightly open (not fully open) the outlet control valve.

(2) Starting and pushing:

1. Start the oil pump. Pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the pump shaft is correct.

2. Pay attention to abnormal sound and vibration when rotating.

3. Pay attention to the readings of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. After starting, when the readings of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are stable after a period of fluctuation, it indicates that the pump has been filled with liquid and the oil pump has burst into normal oil delivery operation.

4. Before the pump enters the normal oil transportation operation, that is, during the self-priming (or cabin sweeping) process, special attention should be paid to the oil temperature rise in the pump. If the process is too long and the oil in the pump is too high, stop the pump to check the cause.

5. If the liquid temperature in the pump is too high to cause self-priming difficulty, the pump can be shut down temporarily. Use the liquid in the discharge pipeline to flow back into the pump or directly add liquid to the pump at the liquid filling and storage port on the pump body, so that the liquid in the pump can be lowered, and then start.

6. Adjust the outlet control valve to make the pressure gauge reading point to the specified area. Avoid the oil pump working within the lower limit of the specified area, so as to prevent the motor overload caused by excessive shaft power, or cavitation caused by excessive flow, which will affect the normal operation of the pump and make the pump vibrate strongly and produce noise. 7. If strong vibration and noise occur during the operation of the pump, it may be caused by cavitation of the pump. There are two reasons for cavitation:

One is that the velocity of the spout tube is too high; the other is that the suction head is too high. When the flow rate is too high, the outlet control valve can be adjusted,
